Engraved using our state-of-the-art-sublimation engraving process. These Challenge Coins feature crisp full color logos graphics. A designer graphically renders your design using a computer, then sends the finished design to print on a transfer paper using secialized ink. Then one of our production members attaches the transfer paper to your Challenge Coin and uses a heat press to transfer the design into the metal. This process is called sublimation, the ink is chemically bonded with the medal to create a permanent impression.
