In most cases, design proofs are not complimentary. Design proofs are used to help visualize formatting, text alignment, and other design elements; however, they do not represent the final product image. Some of our products include a design proof as part of the package, which will be noted in the product description. If you would like to request a design proof, you can simply add it to your cart during checkout.

We make every effort to organize our design files. If you provide your previous order number, and the order was placed within the last 12 months, there is a good chance we will still have your design on file. The best way to ensure that your design is saved for future orders is to purchase the “Save My Design” product, which allows us to store your design for easy reordering.

Due to the customized nature of our products and the inability to reuse materials, we generally do not accept returns.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your item arrives damaged or if there is an error on our part, we will take full responsibility and either replace the item or issue a refund.
